Anne Leblanc — Project Manager

Ms. LeBlanc brings to CasaBella 16 years of experience and expertise in the areas of educational and parking facilities. Her skills include cost estimating, materials and methods and conceptual design through construction administration.

Ms. LeBlanc's experience, prior to joining CasaBella, includes working for Parking Planners, LP in Austin where she was responsible for project management and construction administration.

Daniel Yen — Project Manager

As Project Manager for CasaBella, Mr. Yen is responsible for overseeing projects from programming through closeout. His skills include retail tenant improvement, project management, schematic design, construction documentation and finish selection. Mr. Yen's project experience includes work on commercial and medical office buildings, multi-family residential and mixed-use commercial projects, and adaptive re-use projects.

Most recently, Mr. Yen has provided construction documents for the Fiore Five-Star Green Building residential development in East Austin.

Stefan Molina— Project Manager

As Project Manager for CasaBella, Mr. Molina is responsible for overseeing projects from programming through construction. His skills include project management, schematic design and construction documentation. Mr. Molina's project experience includes work on a wide array of commercial and residential projects throughout Central Texas.

Erica Keast Heroy, LEED AP — Project Architect

Ms. Heroy brings a passion for thoughtful design and sustainability to CasaBella Architects. Her experience includes coordinating the LEED administration for the City of Austin Solid Waste Environmental Center which is slated for LEED silver certification. Ms. Heroy is also coordinating the construction documents for the 2nd phase of the Mexican American Cultural Center in downtown Austin which is slated as a LEED certified building.

Ms. Heroy's experience prior to joining CasaBella, includes new and remodeled school and religious projects as well as residential projects. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Ms. Heroy has the knowledge and skills to successfully steward the LEED certification process to create a high functioning well designed building using green building practices and principles.

Amy Maly — Marketing Coordinator

Ms. Maly has a broad range of knowledge and experience in the areas of communications, business development and public relations. As Marketing Coordinator, Ms. Maly is responsible for coordinating proposals, website updates and other marketing activities.

Prior to joining CasaBella, Ms. Maly worked with Eidos Architects and Architecture Plus in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Linda Estrada — Office Manger

As Office Manager for CasaBella Architects, Ms. Estrada is responsible for all aspects of accounting, human resources and office management.

Ms. Estrada worked as a design engineer in the orthopedic industry and taught high school calculus before joining CasaBella Architects.

Dalina Dekker — Receptionist

As Receptionist for CasaBella Architects, Ms. Dekker works with our Office Manager to keep the office running smoothly. She has strong communications skills and a background in interior design.
