Victor M. Montes

Victor Montes is a highly accomplished Architectural Designer with more than 20 years of experience in architectural design, project management, and construction. He graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Monterrey (UDEM) in December 2004.

Following graduation, Victor joined a Construction company, where he spent 14 years as Project Manager leading the Design Department. During this time, he led the planning, design, and execution of numerous industrial and institutional projects throughout Reynosa, Mexico. His portfolio includes successful developments for internationally recognized companies such as LG, Panasonic, Prologis, Ametek, and Halliburton, as well as multiple projects for government institutions in the State of Tamaulipas.

In 2019, Victor relocated to McAllen, Texas, and joined NOMA Design Studio as a Project Manager. Over the next six years, he played a key role in the design, renovation, and construction of commercial and residential developments. His experience includes managing high-end architectural projects, luxury residential renovations, new restaurants, medical offices, commercial plazas and custom-built homes, delivering exceptional quality and innovative design solutions.

Today, Victor serves as Project Manager at Casabella Architects, where he continues to apply his extensive expertise in architectural design, project coordination, construction management, and client relations. His diverse background, technical knowledge, and leadership skills have made him a trusted professional in the architectural and construction industries on both sides of the border.
