Mr. Beaman has over 40 years of experience in the design/build industry with projects that span multiple states, Mexico and Argentina. His long-lasting client relationships and understanding of project delivery create a committed path to collaborative design and project success. Mr. Beaman ensures repeat clients through creative problem solving and versatile design solutions: he prides his ability to work on a variety of projects, from master planning of cultural centers, to historic renovations, to religious institutions, to playgrounds that make fun accessible to all abilities and mobilities.
Mr. Beaman is licensed in Texas, Louisiana, Arizona and NCARB Certifed.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER, INTERIOR DESIGNER
As Project Manager, Mrs. Marsman is responsible for managing and leading project teams. Her background in interior design and previous experience as a design intern and consultant with technical skills in AutoCAD and Revit help ensure project success.
Mrs. Marsman's design skills include selection of finishes and furniture.

JOSE SANCHEZ
PROJECT MANAGER
Mr. Sanchez is a Designer, specializing in digital design and digital fabrication. His love for nature and interest with community development has lead him to champion for sustainably built environments. Jose has 4 years of experience with ADA remediation and working on commercial projects. He enjoys design-building furniture and doghouses to refine his skills and is currently in pursuit of becoming a licensed Architect.

LOREN HOFFPAUIR
PROJECT MANAGER
Mrs. Hoffpauir has an extensive background in creating and manipulating architectural projects/graphics with computer aided software including Revit, Sketchup, and the Adobe Creative Suite. As a graduate student, she was involved in the designing and building of a tiny house in conjunction with the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and Habitat for Humanity. Loren is currently on the path of licensure and plans to be a Licensed Architect in the near future.

ART GUERRERO
PROJECT DESIGNER
Mr. Guerrero is a new professional from the University of Texas at San Antonio’s Architecture program. He believes that the core of any design should be the community that is served by the architecture. Art has had the privilege of working alongside the Galveston Historical Foundation and the African American Heritage Committee of Galveston on the preservation and development of Rosewood Cemetery as well as other cemeteries on the island. His journey to Architectural Licensure has only begun but has no plans on stopping yet.
