St. Joseph

The Eastern Ring Parishes Project was an initiative by the Diocese of Austin that collaboratively expanded the worship facilities of three parishes located on the eastern periphery of the city.  The goal  for St. Joseph in Manor was to design a parish with a 10,000 SF sanctuary; a parking lot accommodating roughly 200 vehicles; and a new 4,800 SF parish hall.

Through the substantial collaboration with the Diocese’s facilities planning office and CasaBella’s subconsultants, the effort resulted in a distinctly beautiful design that showcases an Exterior Insulation Finishing System with a circular detail in the center and a pitched porch roof that suited the aesthetic preferences of the parish. CasaBella’s detailed scheduling facilitated a streamlined production and permitting process that contributed to an accelerated overall schedule and augmented the design work.
