Efficient Air Industrial Park

CasaBella Architects provided the design, permitting, and construction administration for the design-build of the Efficient Air Industrial Park new construction development. This project consists of four new construction office buildings with additional square footage for warehouse storage space and additional tenant spaces. Our design and project management services consisted of coordination with all design disciplines through all phases of this project, permitting through Travis County, bi-weekly construction site meetings, coordination with the general contractors and other design consultants through construction, and final closeout procedures. CasaBella also provided interior design services for all finishes and material selections on the interior of these buildings.
