Located just off of Highway 151 in San Antonio, near Sea World Adventure Park, is the new Holiday Inn Hotel. This six -story hotel is the first LEED certified hotel for the Holiday Inn hotel chain.

The hotel is a full-service hotel with 194 guest rooms, 6000 square feet of indoor function space and a Sporting News Bar & Grill. Some of the eco-friendly characteristics include: Solar Panels on the South Roof; Green Roof over entry; Rainwater collection system with 3 collection cisterns; Low-Energy HVAC system. These eco-friendly additions create an overall energy reduction of 17.5% and an overall water reduction of 30% for the hotel.
