ESB - Mexican American Cultural Center

CasaBella Architects has been involved with the Emma S Barrientos – Mexican American Cultural Center (MACC) since 1999.  At that time, we began work on a master plan with our joint venture partner from San Francisco, CA, Del Campo & Maru, and with the lead designer, renowned Mexican architect Teodoro Gonzalez de Leon.  Since that time we have completed two phases of construction (Phases I and IA), as well as parking studies related to the Rainey Street District, shade structure studies for the Zocalo, and in 2018 the completion of the latest Master Plan, to be used as the starting point for the next phase of design and construction.
